My background is art direction and design, so my eyes have been constantly trained to look for visual harmony. Perhaps that explains why I've been wearing glasses since I was 6 years old.
My mom was in love with photography. She photographed every single event that happened in mine and my brothers’ lives. Looking back, that always annoyed me—perhaps because I didn't fully appreciate the importance of the material she was collecting. Though she didn't live long enough to see my brothers and I grow up, her legacy remained ingrained in me, and I eventually discovered a passion for photography.
I've come to realize that every time I travel I develop an emotional connection with the people and the places I visit. Every trip brings different, unforgettable memories. Memories which I attempt to transform into stories through panoramic photography.
But the coolest part about this project, is that it never ends.
